Welcome to HIRT Division, where fitness meets functionality, community, and a commitment to training like an athlete.

Founded by Josh Nesbitt, HIRT Division was created to offer a space for athletic workouts tailored to all fitness levels. Our goal is to help you train like an athlete, focusing not just on physical fitness but also on creating a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle.

MEET OUR HEAD COACH - BRENT CESAR
Our head coach, Brent Cesar, has been a dedicated member of HIRT Division for many years. He quickly became passionate about our approach, which blends a range of sports and exercises into a functional fitness program.
Brent loved the diverse athleticism of our workouts, which are designed to enhance strength, mobility, and overall fitness. This inspired him to transition into coaching and share his love for the facility’s philosophy with others.

WHAT WE DO
Brent brings over 20 years of experience in sports and athletics to his coaching, having thrived in high-pressure, high-intensity environments. Through the mentorship of some of the best coaches in the industry, he’s developed a coaching style rooted in discipline, focus, and positive results.
Before becoming head coach at HIRT Division, Brent worked in construction, where he witnessed the challenges many men in the industry face when it comes to neglecting their health. This experience motivated him to change careers and focus on helping others prioritize their fitness, no matter their profession or life stage.
THE HIRT TRAINING EXPERIENCE

The semi-private group training at HIRT Division fosters an energetic and supportive environment, creating a fun vibe that makes it the perfect place to get a workout in – whether you’re looking for an afternoon boost after a long day of work, or simply want to stay fit in a motivating atmosphere. Whether you're on-site, working from home, or in a traditional office, our community and workouts will help you recharge and feel your best.

Brent's own journey with fitness and health includes overcoming injuries, rehab, and focusing on staying mobile and strong. Now, he dedicates his training to prehab—focusing on preventative measures to keep the body in peak condition and avoid future injuries.
